Bright Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. partnered with a large pharmaceutical company to manage and monitor and investigative site in the Midwest U.S. for an 80-patient trial which aimed to understand the phototoxic potential of their breakthrough compound.

Goal:
Manage and monitor the phase I unit for a rapid enrollment phase and bring the cleaned data in-house quickly.

Outcome:
Enrollment was met on-time. The electronic data was collected seamlessly by our monitor in just five visits. Bright was able to save time and money by providing a local monitor who was already trained on the sponsor?s SOPs. Not incurring hotel or air travel expenses saved the sponsor 5% of their budget and it further helped that our monitor could visit the site on an as-needed basis, monitoring the trial as the data was entered. The data was brought in cleanly and on-time and the team was so successful and well-liked that they were requested repeatedly by the Sponsor.
